I just realised I was rewatching the archenemy episode, and he talked about the water poisoning being slow acting and causes people to fall asleep, he specifically mentions “when people fall asleep at the wheel” and in the newest bully episode Ray mentioned the water poisoning before the car crash happened. So it’s not that significant but I’m pretty sure that’s what caused the crash.
