It looks like a place for everyone
At William Rawn Associates, intercultural competence is about making sure everyone feels included and valued. We had a chance to attend the REDI (Rawn Equity, Diversity, +Inclusion) committee meeting which was a great example of this. They talked about inclusivity, improving accessibility for people with disabilities, and supporting women in leadership roles. It was amazing to see how much thought they put into making the workplace welcoming for everyone, and they even asked for our input, which made us feel involved.
The firm also takes sustainability seriously, requiring architects to work toward LEED certification and using variety of tools to incorporate sustainable practices.
From collaboration to inclusivity, it’s clear this is a place where different perspectives are valued, and every voice matters.
