What is that?
An archiving site. It lets you get a snapshot of a page managed by a third party. A screenshot is a cruder version of that, but a screenshot can be edited.
Having a copy of a webpage preserved is vital for Free Speech.
Why?
BECAUSE PEOPLE LIE.
Say the BBC puts out a story that your son was going around raping babies. Then they delete it. Then they claim they never said that. How are you going to prove that they are lying?
You need some sort of independent archive, to keep them honest.
And it looks like either the Australian government, or ISPs acting on its behalf, have censored it.
I remember everyone was worried when the year 1984 was coming around, and acted like it was a false alarm. The truth is that it's been creeping in for decades, like a river flooding higher, higher. Bitchute, 4chan, archive.is, every outlet of independent speech is being shut down.
The water is at the doorstep, and there is no end of rain.
