Post gym selfie! Went to the Bailey's Gym near Baymeadows. Wasn't aware they didn't have a Women's area here... That filled me with anxiety before I started my workout. The fact that everyone seemed EXTREMELY fit didn't help either!😂 As I was walking on the treadmill looking around to see if anyone was looking at me, a thought came to me very clearly... Adrienne... NO ONE CARES! No one cares and no one is watching. It was completely my insecurities holding me back from a good workout! I finally shook that ish and got it in!
