I skipped the HIIT exercise on Saturday... Had some things going on. But, I did week 2/day 1 today. Dumbbells this week baby! I think I should get some 8 and 10 pounds. The 5 pound weights were a little too easy for some of the exercises. I may double up and do the HIIT this evening.
