I love like any reason to dress up and do something nice with Matt :)
I just need to get a dress now LOL. & we need a confirmed date for the ball! (seriously, less than two weeks till Nov. and all they’ve announced is it’s next month and it’s gonna be a Thursday)
Plus, I need to plan on how I’m gonna wear my hair, and if I’m gonna need help styling it, and by who! Because, my hair is short, and I can’t get it styled to where it stays nice for hours by myself
So d3n6i7 finally asked me to the Army Ball after hinting at it. I think he might have wanted me to ask about him having a date or something of the sort when he mentioned it, but I was having none of it. XD I waited til he asked (I saw it coming a mile away too, with trumpets and parade floats). This will be lots of fun! It’s really cool that I’ll be going to an Army Ball as well, since both my grandpa’s were in the military (my dad’s dad was a Navy pilot and officer, and my mom’s dad was in the Army). It’s also kinda funny that it’s the Army specifically because, had I stayed with one of my exes, I’d probably be going to a Marine Ball around this time. XD And he’ll probably see pictures and posts about it on my facebook (my mom will certainly take a million pictures), and it’s funny to think about, since Marines tend to have a huge superiority complex over the rest of the military and he is no exception.
