Felicity Smoak Is One Brave Precious Badass Cupcake! #31

As we all know Felicity is a precious badass cupcake! I figure it can’t hurt to look at the many acts of bravery she has performed because let’s face it - our girl rocks!

Arrow 5x01 - Felicity is Oliver’s ENTIRE team, despite the fact that she is STILL dealing with Havenrock

Arrow 5x02 - Felicity gives the most amazing pep talks - not going to lie this is one of my favourite Olicity scenes

5x03 - Felicity bravely told Rory the truth about Havenrock

5x04 - Felicity the leads the newbies while Oliver breaks John out of military prison. Felicity made it clear to Lyla and Oliver she did not agree with this plan.

I know I’m stretching here. The thing I loved best about Felicity in 5a was her quiet strength. It felt like she was hanging on by a thread. I thought EBR was AMAZING. It’s just kind of hard to show in gif form - but I remain so impressed with her awesomeness.

Quick Thoughts

- SO MUCH ANGST - LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- Rory is missing from the field trip :( When Oliver comes back he meets Rory upstairs who explains he can’t stand to be around Felicity (hear that? It’s my hear shattering). Oliver defends Felicity, not as strongly as I would like. Then he brings it up with Felicity in a not so sensitive way - which gets interrupted by Lyla...

- Is SHE going to be a problem? - Step back Lyla.

- Oliver looks so hot in his Mayor suits

- Poor Felicity looks so hurt when she tells Curtis that Rory left because of her, EBR KILLS THIS

- So Oliver decides to break into Palmer Tech without telling Felicity, LOVE their mini fight - I so wanted a REAL fight but I’ll take this...so much tension between these two. Oliver telling Felicity to fix things with Rory - continues to be offensive. It’s like he completely ignores her pain around it all. Ugg, this is bothering me more the second time around

- Quentin saving Adrian from the blast - boy will that come back to haunt him

- I have to say I like Church as a big bad

- Oliver kicking his team’s ass - real team building

- Felicity calling the shots IS AWESOME

- Russian Oliver so hot

- I’m 100% with Felicity on not breaking John out of prison

- I heart hurts so so much for Felicity - Felicity’s legacy is what happened to Havenrock

 - Appreciate Felicity telling Rene NOT to call her Blondie

- Rene called Felicity Blondie again - I really don’t get why I don’t like him....

- Felicity telling them not to die

- Rory withstanding the blast with his rags - so cool

- Rene sacrificing himself for the team - STILL dislike him LOTS

- That harness thing was INSANE

- I figured if you wanted to make your own decisions, you wouldn’t have gotten married - too bad Oliver didn’t overhear that

- Love that Diggle knew Felicity did not approve

- Love the Quentin/Thea relationship - so strange he didn’t come say goodbye to her in S6

- Love that Rory is going to help Felicity

- Oliver so good at making an entrance

- ALL THE HEART EYES!!!!

- No shirtless Oliver :(
