Which underrated Captain Marvel/Marvel family villain would you like to see more of?

Ooh this is a good one!

I've mentioned before that I really love Chain Lightning and think she deserves to be brought back and properly explored as a character (and properly develop all of her alters and their relationship with each other as a system). I always have to add the caveat that being respectful of her DID is top priority for me.

Besides her I would love to see more of Arson Fiend! Whereas Chain Lightning is really intriguing as a character, Arson Fiend is just so delightfully evil in a way that I think is amazing.

Oh dear gods I was researching Shazam's rogue gallery of villains and

THE WIZARD HAS A DAUGHTER??! HER NAME IS BLAZE?!

I'm barely into the research, but holy cow!

Apparently she granted Ebeneezer Batson's wish to have a son in the form of Sinclair Batson, a re animated being of sorts who is a business man/realtor. Oh gosh golly that is quite but so interesting 👀👀👀

Also, I was thinking of how rich Ebeneezer could be after embezzling Billy's inheritance, and I came across another villain, Arson Fiend. Long story short, he became a villain as a fire insurance sales man, burned people's places down and fought Shazam, got hospitalized, and almost died. When the hospital lost funding and Ebeneezer took over, wanting to take him off life support, the wizard's daughter, Blaze, offered him power to take down Shazam. Oh gee

This tells me that Ebeneezer is more rich than originally thought, and maybe in some versions he's a multi millionaire/possibly even billionaire. BILLY COULD HAVE BEEN RICH! JUSTICE FOR BILLY!

And also his villains are so interesting, they deserve to be seen more in adaptations and fics

Oh I love Blaze! And her slightly lesser known brother Satanus! If I remember correctly she was originally a minor Superman villain but in the 90s her backstory was revamped to tie into Shazam lore since he was being integrated into the DC universe. But it's such an inspired decision to have the Wizard have two demonic children trying to take over his powers/the Rock of Eternity because they see it as their inheritance.

Honestly there are so many interesting villains from Billy’s rogues gallery that are just completely slept on. One of my favorites that I want to include in a fic some day is Chain Lightning who is a teenage girl with multiple personalities who is unaware that one of her personalities is a supervillain. She can control Lightning including the Lightning the Marvels use to transform. She's also in love with Jr (Freddy).

I didn't know much about Arson Fiend so that's so interesting. And I had no idea about Ebenezer having a son, let alone that Blaze was involved in granting him that wish! That's so cool!
