DC Holiday Special '09
A smattering of DC super-villains circa 1976.
8 DC concepts in no particular order
Some might work, some might suck, just gonna list stuff (Some connected to significantly disliked stuff in DC's history), I'm not expecting anything to be perfect, I'm tired and bored on a 13 hour long bus ride.
Heist movie/plot, bringing back the character of Daniel West to have on their crew.
Spin-off media focused on DC villains framed like true crime documentaries (only without the understandable controversy and the people being weird about real life serial killers).
Have someone list people connected to the red/the morphogenetic field, have said listing include Patience Phillips (Aka the Catwoman from the 2004 movie).
Faux'bo actually being a bizarro style imperfect Czarnian clone.
John Constantine getting a flatmate roomate that's basically him, but instead of the supernatural they work exclusively with aliens and sci-fi shit.
Since we had the Batman Below, I propose an eldritch league, with the twist that instead of being a horror beyond human comprehension, the Clark equivalent is positivity beyond human comprehension.
Progressing in the practice to become the wizard's successor, Billy ends up creating a brand new power acronym for someone, granting them temporary access to a unique power set comprised of of other beings thanks to the rock of eternity (think of the variety of combinations for Shazam, as well as the combinations for Sabbac and Ibac, power acronyms vary a lot, he'd have to start small tho, so it would be more similar to Ibac).
Reveal fighters with League of Assassins training (Including Lady Shiva) are all immune to truth serum (I think it would be a very valuable skill for any of them), this could be a more recent addition to the training or something Bruce was simply not made aware of.
From “The Curse of Ibac” in Captain Marvel Adventures #8, March 1942. Henry Lynne Perkins (?) plot, John Broome (?) script.
Info from Grand Comics Database.
Dr. Sivana: (holding a meeting with the Monster Society of Evil) You're all probably wondering why I called you here-
Black Adam, Mister Atom, Ibac, Crocodile Man, & Mister Mind: To kill Captain Marvel?
Dr. Sivana: Um, well... yes. That is why I called you here.
Georgia Sivana: (bursts in) Daddy! Junior broke my invention!
Dr. Sivana: Not now, Georgia!
Black Adam: "Daddy?"
Ibac: Oh, yeah, that's right. You've never met Sivana's kids, have you?
Black Adam: Wait... he fucks?!
Mister Atom: My database suggests that Dr. Sivana indeed fucks.
Black Adam: OH, GODS! I SEE IT WHEN I CLOSE MY FUCKING EYES! AAAAAH! (collapses)
“A perfectly rotten creature”
