Week 23 brought to us by @a-noble-dragon
Each one of us has varied interests and the same can be said for our beloved fandom characters too. Patrick canonically enjoys escape rooms and hiking, David enjoys reading and design, and Stevie enjoys playing her computer games - though not necessarily in her spare time.
Thanks to our talented fandom, we get to expand on the above pastimes, while also exploring what the other residents of Schitt's Creek get up to in their free time too. Below are a selection of my favourite fanworks, and I would love it if you could please share yours too.
Here are some of my favorites for this week. And, yes, I stand behind my emoji summarizations. Enjoy!

Do I have to spell it out for you?
by sweaters_in_the_summer / @sweatersinthesummer
Patrick withdrew his hand and pointed his thumb towards himself. “You’re looking at the West Canthor Adult Spelling Bee champion for the last five years.” David raised his eyebrow and nodded. “Ah.” He really didn’t have interest in bonding over spelling, though he had to admit he was somewhat intrigued. And also glad that this guy was from the other side of the country, so not really a threat to his title. “So you’re just visiting the area?” He could work with a visitor. A one- or two-night stand was just what David could use right now.

Wheel of Fortune: New York Edition!
by middyblue (daisyblaine)
Patrick spends his evenings with his new roommate Stevie watching NY1's Wheel of Fortune spin-off hosted by Johnny and David Rose, until one day he accidentally bumps into David Rose himself on the train and starts to fill in some of the blank spaces in his life.

Let Me Paint You a Picture
by houdini74 / @mostlyinthemorning
David is an art appraiser on the Antiques Roadshow when Patrick brings in a rare painting. But not everything is as it seems.
And in honor of Stranger Things this week, here’s a little fic I wrote for passions and pastimes a couple years ago…

Planck’s Constant
It’s Patrick’s last night in Toronto and David’s last weekend of freedom. They both decide to spend it with their best friend (and sister, ew) at a Stranger Things Festival.

An art forger, long retired, is asked to make a replica of a very famous - very expensive - painting a crew of criminals hopes to steal. They agree to this final heist on one condition.

So de Hory decided to return to Europe. As his visa had long since run out, he did some Degas pastels and a Renoir to buy a stolen passport, which was fine until Real later tried to renew it for him at the Canadian consulate in Rotterdam. Then it transpired that the Canadian to whom it belonged was wanted for possession of stolen goods and bigamy.
