It's weird
To have just done something I think is important and not have a lot of people I feel comfortable telling about it. It happens a lot actually. I don't want to come off as bragging when things are going hard but I want to celebrate a lot of years of hard work that got me to where I am and to have the opportunity to be able to do the thing that I just did. I'll put it here for the 4 people who may still read me and for myself in the future no matter what happens with the project.
I'm on the first draft of my book and have been able to write on it for 14 of the last 19 days. I just crossed the 36k word mark and I'm shooting for 70k. It may all be trash, but I'm pretty sure it isn't...I'm pretty sure it's something, actually.
