Artap Cafe & Art Gallery is a relatively new hangout place in East Surabaya. One of their recommended food is Japanese Hambaguu, a beef patty served with potato wedges and salad. Even though the beef was quite small, the combination of the sauce, salad, and potato went well to satisfied my palate.
