A delicious grilled cheese sandwich featuring the bold flavors of pesto, tangy marinated artichoke hearts, and creamy Havarti cheese.
Ingredients: 4 slices of bread. 1/4 cup pesto sauce. 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped. 4 slices Havarti cheese. 2 tablespoons butter, softened.
Instructions: Put pesto sauce on two pieces of bread. Put a slice of Havarti cheese on top of the pesto sauce on each slice. On both sandwiches, put the same amount of chopped artichoke hearts. Add the last few slices of bread to the top of each sandwich. On the outside of the sandwiches, spread the softened butter. Place the pan on medium heat. It will take about 34 minutes per side to cook the sandwiches until they are golden brown and the cheese melts. Take it out of the pan and let it cool down a bit before serving.
