Artist Inspiration- Harsh Patel

L.A. based graphic designer. Originally from Nairobi, Kenya spent his later years in Texas. He considers himself a working class, strictly middle class artist and person.

He constructs narratives related to his interests, ones that sometimes have to do with nothing and other times having to do with everything. His works use common designs that become propaganda-like pieces, empowered images that he uses to make his own reality and history.

Artist Inspiration

Tim Walker - Photography

Born in England in 1970, his interest in photography began at the Conde Nast library in London where he worked on the Cecil Beaton archive for a year before University. He got a BA Honors degree in photography at Exeter College of Art, Walker was awarded third prize as the Independent Young Photographer Of the Year.  

Upon graduation he worked as a freelance photographic assistant in London then a full time assistant in NYC. he then returned and worked on portrait and documentary work for British newspapers. at 25 he shot his first fashion story for Vogue, and has photographed for the British, Italian and American editions, as well as W magazine and Love magazine ever since. 

With his extravagant staging and romantic motifs photographs, he really brings out breathtaking, surreal, dreamlike and just AMAZING pictures, that just have everyone drawn to his fantasy.
