user INDIG0TEA owes me 108$ for a commission i paid for  over 2 years ago. i have gotten nothing to show for in this entire 2  year timeframe, other than a base sketch of body gestures and nothing  more. 

back in march of 2021 i posted an ad in the dainty server  NSFW channel looking specifically for trans friendly nsfw artists to  draw my 2 trans ocs. newt approached me and i was thrilled to get to  commission them.

i paid for this commission on march 18 2021,  and i got a vague example of what the commission would look like on the  26th, and was super happy about it! and then 2 months pass with nothing.  i pop in for an update and get told not to ask about updates. i come to  them several months later asking if i can change characters in the art  /i offered to pay extra for this because i know it is not always  appreciated AND I ALSO STATED THE CHARACTER DID NOT HAVE TO BE CHANGED  IF IT WAS TOO MUCH WORK/ and they were okay with it. they approach me  some months later telling me they have a concept to run by me later that  day they wanna show me. i am never shown a concept. june of 2022 they  approach me telling me they no longer plan to do the commission and just  plan to refund me. it is now may of 2023. i messaged newt on may 18th  on toyhouse because after dm'ing them on discord and deviantart with  radio silence i was told to reach out on here. i still have no  response. 

no excuses or justification will satisfy running me  around in circles over a fucking commission. if you are going to take on  the financial responsibility of hosting commissions, you must be  willing to fucking deliver them OR AT LEAST KEEP IN CONTACT WITH THE  PEOPLE THAT YOU HAVE EFFECTIVELY STOLEN MONEY FROM. i see non commission  artwork posted the entire time during this 2 year waiting game,  personal artwork, prompt artwork, and that's the most crushing part. no  amount of excuses or explanations could justify pulling the rug under my  feet for 2 fucking years.

this was crossposted to toyhou.se, where another user commented receiving the same sort of bullshit for nearly 2 years as well so i KNOW this is no longer an isolated incident with this artist.

I want to reiterate something.  The original piece was a paid commission, meaning the art belongs to the commissioner AND to Yettyen.

 Ms. Stepputat, who apparently couldn’t finish her own paid commission by her own skills, decided that Yettyen’s work would help her.  So she traced it.

 This is like having a store where someone asks for a teddy bear, so then you go to your neighbor’s house, break in, steal the teddy bear, and then sell it. Ms. Stepputat’s commission is basically stolen goods, which she sold.  

 Another thing about commissions.  When someone commissions you, it means that they want YOUR work.  They are paying YOU for YOUR skills, your ACTUAL skills.  If they wanted someone else’s work, THEY WOULD COMMISSION SOMEONE ELSE INSTEAD OF YOU.  This is dishonest at best, false advertising as well.  

 It doesn’t matter how much you want money to draw stuff for someone.  It doesn’t matter how much you NEED money, and drawing is the only way you can get it.  Be honest about your skill set, and don’t be afraid to refuse commissions if you don’t feel that you can give you commissioner the quality of work they’re paying for.  It might suck, but they will respect you more for saying “no” than for saying “yes” and giving them absolute crap.  If you can’t draw it, you need to tell your commissioner that you can’t, or that it might take a bit of time for you to finish it because you want to practice drawing whatever it is that’s giving you trouble.  If you commissioner is patient, they’ll be okay with this too.

 IT IS NOT OKAY TO LIE TO YOU COMMISSIONER.

 IT IS DOUBLE-NOT OKAY TO TRACE SOMEONE ELSE’S WORK TO COMPLETE YOUR COMMISSION.

 IT IS TRIPLE-NOT OKAY TO TRACE SOMEONE ELSE’S WORK TO COMPLETE YOUR COMMISSION AND GET PAID FOR IT.

To make matters worse, the person who commissioned Ms. Stepputat in the first place confronted her about the traced work, and she got her comment hidden and was blocked in response:

 IT IS QUADRUPLE-NOT OKAY TO TRACE SOMEONE ELSE’S WORK TO COMPLETE YOUR COMMISSION, GET PAID FOR IT, THEN GET BUTTHURT WHEN YOUR COMMISSIONER GETS MAD THAT YOU SOLD THEM STOLEN WORK, THEN BLOCK YOUR COMMISSIONER.

They go around phishing for requests and art trades.

Do not accept an art trade from Pedromande

They will either trace the reference image poorly or, in Austudio77's case, edit the reference image and give it back to you, calling it done

They also go around demanding people to tell you to unblock them if you blocked them.

User has, as of now, charged back dozens of artists (all in less than 24hr) on MULTIPLE platforms from a wide range of prices. I have personally tried contacting them on all of the above platforms, but once messaged, they have abandoned their account.

I was charged back $10 for a fullbody, two months after the commission had been completed. Multiple people have been scammed out of multiple pieces of art, custom made designs/adoptables, and more.

BEWARE HONEY KINCAID/LITTLEGLACIA/NATALIE KINCAID First to start, me and Bailey are the original seller and buyer of this fursuit. The original picture is attached. It was made into Frisbi the collie by me, Green Fox Fursuits. I spent a month or two working on the suit i sewed everything by hand twice over to make sure it was reinforced. I poured myself into the creation because it meant something to me to do it for a friend. Bailey sold the character and the suit and changed the markings on it with my knowledge and did a great job. She sold the suit to Honey. The situation however... It started out with Bailey contacting me about how she had heard or seen from a third party that Honey had torn the fur off the fursuit head completely. She did not ask either of us. She didnt ask anybody how to do it without destroying the foam at least. Bailey messaged me to let me know what had happened and showed me a couple screen shots of their conversation where Honey had admitted to doing so and showed her pictures. I was really upset about hearing this so I went and asked Honey about it myself. I tried messaging her on her personal account and her furry one. I expressed to her how I felt about her doing this. My input on it is, I know Bailey would NOT of sold the suit to her if we had known she was just going to tear it apart. I for one care about my unique art pieces. I dont treat them as product and it hurts me to see this. This morning i saw more screenshots of her instagram where she is now saying she is going to be USING MY FOAM BASE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION to make her new character. I did not give her the right to do this. Sure she bought the suit but personally it would of been nice for her to ask first before she tore it all apart and made this decision. I AM NOT CONSENTING TO THIS. Honey is doing this all without the original maker's permission. DO NOT BUY IT FROM HER. If she tries to sell this foam base PLEASE contact me or Bailey Dorton.
