Just got the "Point Character Drawing" books by Taco. Excited to practice with these :D

After a long long break, recently I went back to Paintable Digital Painting Academy and was very excited about new lessons - it was finally time for painting portraits and learning more about rendering. After finishing the first three portraits, as a homework assignment for this module, I decided to paint my favourite badass. ❤ 

I am very happy with the results and my progress after just a few lessons (well, if you ignore the break I took 🙈). Once again, I have only praise for DPA — the whole course is very detailed and well constructed, and the lesson videos are short, coherent and packed with useful information. Can’t wait to see what’s next and continue my learning journey. 🤩

Thanks for the kind words. We put the time in because we really feel that this info needs to be out there. So many artists don’t get the career and business advice they need to be successful — even in art school! Our goal is to give artists the info they need to do all the self-promo and networking that’s critical to an art career as effectively as possible so they can get back to making more art!
