Crazy theories
UPLOAD: YASSSS BITCHES I WAS RIGHT WITH EVERYTHING!!!!!
So after watching htgawm last episode, I think the dead body is Miller's. Yeah, I know we have seen him in a flashforward but maybe Pete wants to make us think exactly that. The other people that haven't appeared yet on the flashforwards are Oliver, Gabriel, and Nate. If we see the picture I attach, something similar to a beard appears on the face of the dead, and neither Gabriel nor Oliver have bear. It could be Nate, yes, but Nate is more musculous and the guy seems to be white (besides, I'm 99% sure that Bonnie is talking to Nate asking him to clean up the body because she tolds him very warming words, like the person and her are close).
About who the hell is Gabriel Maddox, I have two theories:
1. He's Annalise's son, not the one we know she lost, but another. We know by far she was abused by her uncle, she might get pregnant while she was a young woman (the age would fit best in this case) and she gives the baby in adoption (they mention in this chapter something about an adoption that affects Annalise btw)
2. OR he could be Sam's son but with his former lover. Annalise forces Sam to give the baby to adoption when she finds out. This could make sense because Tom Verica is appearing on a flashback next chapter idk
And these are my ideas, what do you think?
HTGAWM 5x02 Thoughts {Spoilers}
This is going to be different than my usual numbered thoughts because I don’t think it was that kind of episode. I definitely thought it was engaging and a return to form --- of course nothing beats season one but I wasn’t bored at all throughout 5x02 and was compelled more than I had been in the past two and a half seasons.
I think this was a good episode for dynamics. I loved seeing Bonnie and Annalise’s scene near the end of the show because it very much felt like a mother-daughter relationship and Bonnie and Annalise’s dynamic shifts frequently (but fluidly) sometimes they seem like life partners, sometimes they seem like mother/daughter, sometimes they’re enemies, which is the point of their dynamic because they’re kind of everything to each other and that’s why it gets messy and complicated and can become toxic but we see at the end of the episode that they’re heading toward a healthier place. Even when Annalise gets on Bonnie for Miller, she doesn’t yell at her and berate her like she would’ve done in the past and when she sees Bonnie’s vulnerability she ... I don’t want to say back down but she knows when to say when and they just share an intimate moment. It’s nice.
I also really enjoyed Michaela and Annalise’s dynamic this episode because I think it’s only natural for Michaela to assert herself the way she does, have the confidence the way she does (and I super enjoy the fact that Annalise tells their client Michaela did really well but then tells Michaela not to get too cocky) and sort of get in Annalise’s way but Michaela in fact shows growth as well by deferring to Annalise when it came to putting the son on the stand and I really like that she gets affirmation from Annalise but for that growth, for her developing more as a person rather than a lawyer.
Frank sleeping with Gabriel’s roommate and then offering her money to kick Gabriel out, I just feel like I would have more questions as the roommate? Having sex with a guy she just met is whatever, fine, do your thing, but when he pulls out a bunch of cash I’d just be like ... .... ok what? But that’s just me.
This was a very good episode for facial expressions, which seems to be a weird thing to say but I noticed it throughout the episode. Nate’s expression when he reads about Bonnie’s past is heartbreaking in how sincerely sad it is? But when she comes in, he let’s on like he didn’t discover something new and he’s the same as he’s always been. Michaela’s facial expression when Oliver asks her to be their other best man too, she’s so excited and touched but it’s limited to her facial expression and I think that was done really well. Even Annalise and Bonnie when they’re having their conversation at the dinner table, there’s so much going on with the way they look at each other.
I also enjoy that Michaela is becoming more and more involved with the murders as they happen? Like in season 4 she ran point on the cover up, this season she notices that Bonnie has blood on her, which I take to mean she’s going to help run point again or be an obstacle but I don’t see how.
I do also like that what Michaela did to Simon doesn’t just go away and that Oliver keeps reminding her of it but that Connor is also like ... we’re all terrible people kind of, though. And Coliver trying to figure out if Gabriel was bi or gay was super cute.
Tegan and Annalise, just be together already.
The mystery surrounding Gabriel still confuses me in the sense that I’m not particularly show what the mystery would be, like legitimately, doesn’t Annalise know who he is?
Damn finally some answers are coming
Just keep thinking about how Connor wanted Asher to keep hitting him because he needed to know he could still feel something.
Speculations?
What will happen with Asher and Michaela this season? Do you guys think they will get back together?
But what I meant was: Has the audience seen this person before? I don’t want to answer. What I will say is it’s not going to be annoying and someone you’ve never met. It’s going to be satisfying, I hope. HOW IT IS GOING TO SATISFYING? Wes is dead. Ant this is the thruth.
