Tbh i don't understand Ashlynn being the next Cinderella, she should be the Prince(ss) charming of the story. Mainly because she's already a princess, and yeah Cinderella's story(Disney at least) is a riches to rags to riches. But it just doesn't make sense for Ashlynn to drop to rags in my head. Maybe in like her mom dies and she's sent off to live with her abusive family members for a while? Idk something something the sexism/mysoginy of the eah world

But Ash being the Prince/Princess I think could work with like her father pressuring her to marry and that sorta shit (or like an arranged marriage she breaks from? oooo)

Anyway uh if there was something in the books explaining this lemme know cuz I haven't read them.

I kinda imagine her acting like the girl from this story, specifically the "'a place like what?'" bit

But that she would also be very appreciative, it's just a setting she's used to being the daughter of Cinderella and all that.

She'd probably always tell Hunter that he doesn't have to do anything extravagant for her and that she'd love to just relax with him. Ashlynn would still tell him how much she appreciates it because she knows how much he worked to do it for her.

I also gave her some scars on her legs since at least one pair of glass shoes has broken before and caused a lot of bleeding. She also has a clock tied around her wrist because I thought it'd be nice 👍

I also remember seeing a fairy tale deconstruction post about Cinderella being like a doe or something and that's why the shoes could only fit her so I gave Ashlynn some pointed ears to kinda allude to that and pointed ears look cool B]
