My cute but naughty girl Oriana decided to wear some contemporary clothes again. This outfit gives some j-pop/k-pop/r&b/hip-hop vibes. I really like how versatile she is. She can wear fantasy clothes as well as non-fantasy and always looks great. What I'm not gonna change are her eyes (except for the moments she has her "magical" golden eyes) and hair. I think I should try some other colours on her, not just black and white. Perhaps some tiffany blue, baby blue or dusty pink...
Got El A elf head I planned as a base for wigs, but wow! I wasn't ready it's sooo cool in person!
Give him spare eyes from @ashuradark and a bonus wig I got with Alan aaaand... He's so cool, I'm impressed. This mold is definitely underrated, because camera couldn't catch how you see him with your eyes.
Hope I'll have an opportunity to give him a proper faceup someday. He'll take this body from my Shushu from time to time I think.
A week ago Oriana celebrated her birthday. She became a fan of Stray Kids so she got an album to collect photocards. Now she only needs to magically shrink the photocards to put them in that album. 😉🪄✨
Oriana: - Can I like them if I'm not a Stay? Me: - Of course! I'm not a Stay and I like them too. Who is your bias? Oriana: - I don't know. I like them all. Me: - That's great. I'm sure you'll enjoy their latest album.
Hikaru got a pair of jointed hands from Doll Family-A. I'm very happy with the way they pose. Although the resin match isn't perfect and the fingers seem a bit too long. Moreover, I had to replace the original hooks with smaller and thinner ones because the DFA hooks turned out to be too long. Hikaru really needs a new body too. The old Luts body has single-jointed knees and terrible elbows that don't allow him to properly bend his arms. However I think someone else can snatch those hands if Hikaru's not careful. 😄
I have to admit Ren looks great with that bass guitar. Something about him reminds me of Zero from D'ESPAIRSRAY from Coll:set era. I wish I could have a mini version of Zero's ESP Tricksy. His signature bass is so cool! However I think that jazz bass is nice too. It breaks Ren's black and white colour scheme, in a good way, I mean.
My cute little boy is here at last! My first 1/6 BJD and darker than any of my resin dolls. He's Myou Doll Alan in coffee resin. I'm so delighted with his look and poseability. Even though he constantly bends his knees. I got him with a free event head. I chose Gina because I plan to turn that head into his not-so-identical twin brother. So yes, I'm expecting another Myou Alan in the nearest future. The second Alan head will have pierrot/clown faceup. I also got a pair of brown eyes but I prefer eyes from Ashuradark and I think my boy looks much better with those blue eyes. The coffee colour is really nice, I think it looks like light latte with some yellowish undertones. I made a comparison with a slightly yellowed Dream Valley normal (on the left, artificial lighting) and DollZone pink (on the right, natural lighting).
My Ren is finally back home. 🪷 He's got new faceup and new wig. As a character he grew up and is now 20 (he was 16 back then). His look was heavily inspired by Felix of Stray Kids, particularly what Felix looked like at Chicago Lollapalooza 2024 when he went shirtless while performing "Charmer". I'm super happy with my refreshed Ren. 🥰 I love him so much, I'm not even sure who's my favourite boy right now - Ren or Tristan. 🤭 The only problem now is finding the right clothes. Well, I don't expect to find anything with tiny LV logo. I only managed to make that LV pendant. And a pair of trousers can be a real challenge in Ren's case because his legs are so long that everything ready-made will be too short.
I also had to change Ren's aesthetics moodboard. He's no longer a pink haired teenager roaming around Harajuku in his free time. He's a college student with bleached hair whose dream is to become an actor and seiyuu. He still likes dancing and he's got a part-time job at a cafe.
My lovely dark mage Oriana is the naughtiest doll in my resin crew. She kicks, slaps her face and constantly drives me crazy. It requires much time and patience to dress her up. But how can I not love her? She's a real beauty! The staff and necklace are made by me. Her beautiful eyes were made by Ashuradarkeyes and I can recommend that artist, those are the best eyes I've ever had.
