What does it mean to be a guardian?:

Surprise, Here is the reveal of Martyr’s partner

Introducing the Warlock, Florian and his ghost Pandita

Mentioned many times I think that Martyr has a partner, though never shown him said much about him, so he here is.

Some basic Information:

He was one of the first lightbearers to rise up around the Dark Ages, where he would be eventually become a partner of Martyr back before he became a Guardian.

He tends to be more professional but is a lot more open and friendly about things, especially if Martyr is by his side

Average day off with Martyr and Florian

06:00AM

Sleeping in together to make most of the time they have to spend together

06:20AM

Breakfast, Martyr in charge of cooking, commonly a meal consisting of eggs, sausages and some kind of pastry for dessert, most often a sweet roll as it’s Florian’s favourite.

Florian, Sets the table and makes the morning brew, as much as he loves Martyr, he doesn’t not trust him to make a decent cup of coffee if his life depended on it

06:30AM

A nice simple breakfast with Martyr doing his best to make his other half smile and have the best breakfast out of any previous ones

For Florian, every breakfast is the best whenever he has it with the truest light in his life even if it’s short sometimes.

07:00AM

Morning cleaning of the apartment, Florian takes care of the high shelves with his ability while Martyr cleans under the furniture and other spaces by lifting them up with his titan strength

07:30AM

The couple takes a walk around the last city, enjoying the morning sunshine and quiet as the streets are mostly empty

08:05AM

Small interruption by the many children living in the last city, many of them asking and begging to be picked up and onto the Martyr’s shoulders and or Florian to perform magic tricks with his abilities

10:00AM

Small trip around the Sol, place include the dreaming city, Neptune and Nessus. mostly isolated locations that are keep secret between the pair, as so not to have their perfect spots taken over.

10:30AM

Picnic, mostly consisting of pastries which are lightly burnt due to Martyr still struggling to learn how it properly bake some of the more finer pastries

Florian doesn’t mind it at all and make him love Martyr even more for his efforts.

12:00AM

The pair return to the last city and separate for the day to complete their much needed chores, Martyr saying goodbye in a very blunt yet romantic manner while Florian is a lot more composed in his goodbye

15:30PM

The couple meet each other back at their shared apartment and rest after a long day of personal chores and task, Martyr making Florian’s favourite tea that being Lemon and Ginger

16:00PM

Florian puts on some music on an old record player, most often being Belle Ciao with Martyr doing his best to sing along to the song with his accent being very distinct while singing it

After a few moments the pair start dancing together, hand in hand, Martyr being the once who started the dance by pulling Florian out of his seat

17:30PM

After the dancing they spent time reading together, Martyr despite knowing how to read basic English and Russian, has some difficulty reading other languages.

Florian does his best to help Martyr and often teaches Martyr to properly read and pronounce words he has difficulty with.

18:30PM

Martyr cooks dinner, consisting of a mixture of vegetables and some kind of meat and or fish depending on the mood of the two

Florian breaks out a bottle of fine spirits from the dreaming city for them to share over dinner

19:00PM

The pair eat peacefully while talking about how the day went for both of them, and having a laugh here and there about some of the events that transpired

19:30PM

A small disagreement on who washes the dishes, Martyr saying that he will do it while Florian stating that should he should do it because Martyr did all the cooking

20:00PM

After washing up, they sit in bed and spend time with each other doing various things such as reading and or watching something and many other stuff

22:00PM

They go to sleep, embracing each other in one another’s arms, Martyr falling asleep to the calm sound of Florian’s breathing and Florian to the sound of Martyr’s beating heart

This was a bit different but decided to give something nice to brighten up this day

So one of my members from my fireteam, I managed to convince them to come around the blog and answer a few questions here and there and maybe I'll manage to convince them to have their own or this blog will be rebranded essentially that hasn't been yet decided, but say hello to Martyr

Vow of the Forge

The fire and smoke, Iron and steel, molten and crude, the Forge burns bright, molten ore poured in a crude mold, creating a weapon of jagged, unrefined ore, A weapon to defend against those that dare, stain the burning pit and bring to ruin the sacred forge, those who dare, shall face the fires of rage, and the teeth of jagged metal.

This armour was a failed attempt at creating a set of armour fit for the iron banner due to an interruption at the forge by an unexpected attack causing the molten metal to spread and cool unevenly, though not what was planned, the armour offered protection from the fires of the forge and of the world, now it is worn to forge a new path forward and it burns bright leaving its blockades to ash

The Vow of Retribution

When the last city fell, so did many souls, weapons broken, armour shattered, I wear this armour of the people, as a promise for justice shall be achieved

This armour was Worn by Martyr during the events of the red war due him losing his original armour temporarily during the fall of the last city, Going away from the more of the mythic protector look to a more of an armour forged by a mix of different people
