I'm on 7th week with my ankle broke in two places (4/9/2025) but I had a really shitty last week:

•I had upper respiratory viral infection so couldn't visit hospitals all week.

• My mom had a severe stroke last Monday night and was 150 miles from my place in hospital icu.

•Tuesday morning, my husband was air lifted to the hospital 100 miles away and in an icu there.

So, Tuesday night(20th), it looked like planning two funerals.

•After 20 units of blood (3/4 unit blood loss an hour) and a procedure, a small artery was clamped in the spleen and pancreas area.

•He was moved from icu last Saturday(24th). Unknown release date from hospital.

•My mom died Thursday: May 21st (2025)

Asks completed: none. I have one almost done.

Edit: Act 2 is now done. Here is a Link if you want to check it out, it isn't very far from where the last update left off. I will start work on Act 3 where we finally journey to Sanctuario and wrap up the prologue. Have fun.

Hello everyone,

I am a little bit off a mess right now and my mind feels like it's split in 12 different places. First off, I am so sorry I am lagging it in terms of answering asks, I am working on finishing the secret character short stories but my main focus has been writing the ending of Act 2.

Since I am almost done with that and Act 2 is big enough but hasn't gotten to where I want it to be story wise, Act 3 will be coming up soon.

When I finish Act 2 I will post it so everyone can get the full experience then get to work making Act 3 which is what Act 1 & 2 were supposed to be before I kept moving the goal post lol.

I will get back to finishing a few asks once Act 2 is 100% done and I figure out what to do for the next follower gift (provided I finish the short stories first).

Sorry that I have been a hot mess recently, my mind honestly feels so unfocused. I have been trying to juggle college, family drama and writing all at once and I think it's starting to show a little bit, in terms of how often I am actually getting things done.

I'll try to keep things a little more balanced and make sure it doesn't affect my writing. 💙

At this point, my blog is a half personal thing, half roleplay blog, and it’s working surprisingly well🤣

So I felt like I’d make this quick post to help y’all tell the difference between Vanity (me) and Vanity (the character):

-Vanitealius/Vanity/Vani goes by those names, I will now go by Mod Snake/Snake Mod or Ryn

-“Vanity’s thoughts will be expressed as such” whereas mine will be expressed like this :3

-In roleplay, I will always use sprites alongside Vanity’s dialogue!

Also, a lil note about the canon; there are a few main ones going on but you do not have to fit into any of them :3 You may choose to interact with my canon (the actual story/group of characters) or one of the others (storylines I have going on with other creators)
