Okay, so, here’s two things you should know about Wisp’s world: 1. Breed only moves are always taught to them by their father. 2. Vulpix’s tails slowly fade to their darker color, they don’t change as soon as they grow a second tail. The color gets darker with every tail until it’s completely changed from white.

Also, Wisp’s mother didn’t very much like the constant howling Wisp would do when she was little, lol
