Hi there! :) So this is just a theory, but have you ever considered that R may have a younger sibling? On TUA, there are two R's at the meeting, and although the scene is confusing it’s possible to see that one of them directs the debate and acts as an older person, the other says they're only 9 years old. And well, it's common on the ASOUE universe to have siblings with names starting by sequential letters of the alphabet or by the same letter, like Fernald and Fiona... Also, on TSS, (1/2)

There are indeed two R’s in the VFD meeting from the un-Authorized Autobiography: the older one is definitely the Duchess of Winnipeg (she exhibits the same speech patterns), the other is nine years old. However this meeting happens at least fifteen years before “The Slippery Slope”, so that child would be an adult by then.
Maybe the Duchess had a sibling/cousin, maybe she hadn’t: there’s no evidence (that I know of) for either possibility. But since Esme and Olaf believe capturing the Snow Scouts will get them the Winnipeg fortune, it stands to reason that one her relatives is in the mix, yes. Another possibility is that the Duchess adopted/had a child who later joined the Snow Scouts. Given the age range, a child/nephew/niece of the Duchess seems more likely!
