“It’ll help if you talk about it.”
"But I did want to talk about it, that’s the point. But nobody would listen then"
Jack made a frustrated sound, perching on the tree branch and ruffling his own hair in an irritation that was based far in the past.
"I had no memories, and the Man in the Moon wouldn’t talk to me, so I tried to talk to the Guardians, cause everyone knew about them, maybe they would know why I was here, right? But it was made impossible.
It was impossible for me to find Tooth at any given time, and I had no clue where her Palace was, I didn’t even know that she wasn’t coming out to collect the teeth anymore so whenever I saw one of the mini faeries I followed them around for a little seeing if she would show up, but of course she never did.
Bunny didn’t want anything to do with me, just cause one of his Easters got a little frosty, I don’t think the kids minded much, the guy really needs to learn a sense of humour, but either way I was getting no help from him.
Sandy was the only one that I ever really got to talk to, I would see him every once in a while though of course I couldn’t understand him most of the time, but at least he tried.
And North was just impossible. I knew that out of all of hem he could probably help me the most, I mean we both celebrate the same season and from what I’d heard he seemed like a really good guy. But he only left the workshop one night a year and safe to say he wasn’t really in a position to talk, not to mention I could hardly keep up with the guy using his snowglobes all over the place. I tried breaking into the workshop to see him, but the yetis always caught me, you know that one time I didn’t want to be seen? Figures,”
He huffed out a breath, running the crook of his staff down the trunk of the tree to let some frost designs develop.
"No one wanted to hear me out then,"
