So There Appears To Be More...
response to [x and x] mentioning of [x , x, and x]
Looking up at the strangely heavily clothed figure, she tilted her head back and forth when listening.
"oh...Mr.Merdavi? Is that how it is pronounced? It's a pleasure to meet you." she wondered about the figure's voice, awfully strange. But still very clearly male.
(I am SOOO SORRY I CANNOT MAKE HIM GOOD LOOKING WITHOUT HIM LOOKING STUPID, MUCH GOMENS)
"If it's blood you want then...hrm...I could ask some of the servers to hunt some animals or bears...or anything. We'll have to stun them for a bit of time so you can eat it fresh, but this isn't an issue."
She took out a small notepad and pen from an inner pocket from her apron. After quickly writing down his specific needs she made a small bow and hurriedly went to collect more cards.
Taking a glance at Giegue gorging herself on food, she wondered if she would be alright to eat at all during dinner...She wasn't going to stop the other girl, but...she did ask for a lot...
"H-hey! We’re here to turn in our cards, we just wanted to thank you for holding the Ewecinox it was a lot of fun."
O-Oh...? That voice sounded familiar...
"Wait a minute. YOU WERE THE HOST? You were the one that called me ‘Lady’ Xero?!"
She turned around and saw a brown-haired lady and a slightly peeved red-haired young man.
"A-Ah...You-You're..." she was a bit awestruck. She did suppose her announcement allowed others to want to come to the Promenade, but that was partially because she didn't expect to go herself. "I-I'm sorry, but your records indicated you w-were female then...."
She took the cards from both of them noticing the blank card from Xero. Perhaps he would like some couple-dinner? The look in his eyes for this lady is surely hard to miss and mistake!
"Thank you Lady Leniea and Sir Xero." she made a smaller curtsy. "I'll be sure to give this to the kitchen chefs. Do you need anything? Some alcoholic beverage or? Appetizers? Or special request?"
Finally...there was more guests, he thought.
Besides for the small status updates from the kitchen staff, he barely received any messages on his phone from anyone. Save for one message from Milreaf.
"Lemmy! Zacharie told me to send you this!
'I really miss seeing Lemon Cake's stupid face, why can't Promenade be over soooooooooooooooonnnnnnnn!!!'"
He frowned at the message. He didn't think his face looked THAT stupid.
Noticing Judas come in, he took his hand for a firm shake. The small look of recognition pleased him a bit.
"He doesn't make things awkward." he thought calmly. It was one thing to be noticed/recognized from work. It was another thing to be assumed that the work personality was exactly the same as his actual. He shuddered. He could never be as flirtatious or as mischievous and daring as he was at work.
Once more, he noticed a young woman with her hair in a bun. Dressed in all black, he gave the calm kiss on the hand, and handed her her card.
Sliding his phone passcode again he quickly dialed Milreaf's number, numbed out by the music, he cringed until he heard her faint voice.
"Ah yes, Milky? Your date has arrived. Alright, oh...? You want me to ask...Oh alright."
Once he hung up, he leaned over to a servant's side and whispered the request.
"I know, I know. Please? Just get some puppet strings ad ensnare a few bears or something you expect to be rather bloody. We'll stun them in a little bit, see you soon!"
