2) How do they feel about their status and reputation as the curse-breaker in the school?
On the one hand, being known as a curse-breaker? Awesome. But that also comes with a lot of attention, and MC isn’t a huge fan of that.
4) What are their coping strategies for dealing with everything if they have any?
MC usually just tries to ignore everything, which is quite a task because it is a lot. When she reaches her breaking point, she finds one of her friends to sit next to (usually Talbott, Rowan, or Bill because they understand the need to wait for her the best) and she just reads in their company until she feels ready to talk.
11) How does their career path differ from what they thought they’d be doing? Or does it differ at all?
At first, she thought she was going to revolutionize the potions field. It deals with research, which seemed fitting, and she wasn’t half bad at potions. This was during like third to fourth year when career choices are starting to pop up and everyone starts asking just what you want to do with the rest of your life. By seventh year she’s decided she’d rather do cultural research, and travels writing and comparing how magic has changed and developed and how it differs between places. Learning languages definitely helps with all of it.
