Is it possible for an Female Alpha to impregnate another Female Alpha?

Depends on your AU. Some AUs follow a more "realistic" laws where a male is needed to get a female pregnant. Some AUs say it's possible however it's much harder to become pregnant.

Yo, sorry if I missed it and I randomly go on hiatus. 

That’s a great question. I haven’t used that term before. But I am assuming it’s like a more agressive/dominate omega. They know what they want, etc. Maybe have more Alpha like tendencies. 

Or, maybe they’re socially powerful lolol 

It’s your AU, you can have it mean anything you want.

I have an question, so if an alpha bites and mate and a omega with non consensual is the alpha at fault for an lawsuit or like a punishment for doing that

Depends on your AU and the rules/laws for that AU. 

Some AUs have it to where the laws are usually in favor of Alphas. 

Where no matter what, the Alpha isn’t at fault in a situation like this. The Omega is now bonded to this Alpha. 

Some AUs will punish the Alpha for this. 

The punishment/s are also up to you since it is your AU. 

In the end, it’s up to you and how your world works.

A Traditional household would have a Dominant parent figure and a Submissive Parent figure, and then the pups. 

There would most likely be more than 3 or 4 pups. 

The Dominant parent teaching the Alpha or Beta pups things that may come in handy as a Dominant partner. 

The Submissive parent teaching the Beta or Omega pups things that are expected of them in society.

Both parents explain the traits or mile stones that come out later in an Alpha’s or Omega’s life. Such as a Rut, a Heat, nesting, bonding, courting. etc. 

Chores being divided up by Dynamic. Such as Alpha pups getting more hard labor / out door work. While Omegas have more indoor things, cleaning, cooking, etc. Betas can have either. 

They all dress in a way that is suitable for their Dynamic. 

 The Submissive parent does not work, if they do work it’s from home. 

Submissive parent runs the errands. 

The Dominant Parent makes the final decision in all family decisions. 

All children listen to their parents. Their word is final.
