Are mating bites and claiming bites the same thing? If I’m doing an ABO AU for characters that are human and not werewolves how can I determine which character will be an Alpha and who will be the Omega also can Mpreg happen between a m/m couple?

In my AU, they tend to be used interchangeably. 

Alphas are larger, stronger, more aggressive, etc. Have an Alpha Scent, Alpha parts, etc. 

Omegas are usually smaller (not just in height), have a sweet scents, etc.  Granted  the characteristics are up to you!And if you want there to be MPreg, then you can have Mpreg!

How does it make their Omegas obey?

Short answer: it’s a literal voice that only Alphas have. Used in times when an Alpha REALLY wants control over the Omega they are talking to. (Yes, he wanted, this skill can be used in a negative manner). Or even over the Alpha’s pack.

They could use it for(not limited to):

-calming an erratic Omega

-commanding them to do a specific thing for that Omega’s protection or an Alpha’s want

-commanding an entire pack

Option: it can effect Betas, but it may or may not (up to you) work as well on Betas as it does Omegas

Some AU’s:

Know their child’s dynamic at birth

Some present at the age of puberty (12-14)

Some present in their mid teens (15-16)

Some present once they are adults (like the age of 18-21)

It really is up to you!

sadly, the more popular theme is alpha x omega, or even just omega (thus omegaverse). 

I like to think of Betas as the very adaptable dynamic. 

They can be whatever they need to be, or what their partner needs them to be.

I see them as logical, wonderful characters. They know just what needs to be done.

Things to do with Potential Mates

Hi Guys! Here are some fun date-like headcanons.

Omega's potential Mate coming over for a fun movie night and they must have the perfeect, most comfortable, nest to watch it from.

Alpha meeting the parents for the first time and they want to bring something extra special to the table. Home decore? A tasty treat?

Beta bringing out all their cooking skills and making a 3 course dinner.

Omega's potential Mate meeting their pups for the first time at the local muscial festival in the park.

Nothing like local coffee shop hopping and getting to know a potential Mate.

Alpha taking their potentional Mate on a beautiful hike, to see all the beautiful views.

Haunted House with a maze! Great excuse to hold a hand, or arm, or each other.

Beta planing a wonderful picnic with tasty food and great company.

Adventurous dates, Alphas showing off their fun extreme side. Like rock climbing, sucba diving, food eating contest, etc.

Dates filled with documentaries and fun fact sharing.

A pair of potential mates coming home a little tipsy and with crafts they made while drinking.

What does it mean when an omega wants an alphas scent all over them? Like, they aren’t mates, but the urge to have their scent on their body is tremendous

Means, they  wanna smell them on them.

Weather it’s a direct scenting (rubbing scent gland areas, like wrists, on them, or skin to skin contact), or wearing something of theirs that smells like them.

I am not Transgendered/Trans/Transsexual, or in this case TransDynamic, so I do not have experience in coming out to friends/family/partners in this kind of situation. So, I can’t exactly answer this. But, my TransDynamic followers may have some input!

Grief. Maybe a false sense of happiness. As if they are “okay” and just going through the motions of being okay.

Maybe not leaving the house for a while. Or even not even going home because it “smells like them”.

And go through other signs of grief and loss.

If your AU allows it, they may re-mate and find another partner.
