Shout Out
Here is to the people with AsPD actively trying to get better and control their impulses and nature and more important, here is to the people with AsPD who don’t give a shit about changing and are okay with who they are.
In a world where people scream ‘tolerance’ and ‘accept/love yourself’, those of us who are okay with who we are are being shunned or demonized.
i think we should be able to romanticize mental illness and unhealthy coping mechanisms as long as its our own struggles were dealing with. this is MY disorder I get to do whatever i want to fucking do with it
feeling a little superior rn so i might just write something really pretentious and philosophical to feed my god complex
i do not care about getting help. i do not care about recovery. in all honesty id prefer to get worse. i just want to figure out what the fuck is wrong with my brain
i dont even like them but i want them to like me, what the fuck
i feel like i have to make everything into a competition, at least in my own mind. if i say something about myself and they say that they have the same thing or relate to me then i immediately have to think of some way to prove that i have more of that thing or that im the one on top
Ur last post. people who don’t want help themselves, create abuse, It’s emotionally physically mentally and spiritually heavy for the person and the others around...
If a person is in difficulty, he often abuse himself without know it. And the others must lower themselves to the level of the person to be with his person fulfilled their full potential unfortunately
i get what youre trying to say, but the point of my last post was to say that no one should be forced to recover. if youre forced to recover, youll probably actively fight against the recovery because its in human nature to fight back against what youre being forced to do. you cant help someone that doesnt want to be helped, and ultimately its their choice for if they want to get better and so theyll have to deal with the consequences
