Artist Spotlight #6: Finn Simmons

Only 6 days left of the kickstarter, but we still have time to showcase some more of our artists! Say hello to Finn Simmons!

Finnian graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Art in 2014 with a BFA in Illustration. Since then, they've been honing their craft with fan art, commissions, and personal work, which they sell at local conventions.

Finn has a macabre sense of humor and loves to draw fantasy slice-of-life style comics and illustrations. Their favorite comic is Check Please! and they're inspired by Ngozi Ukazu, Cara Mcgee, and Noelle Stevenson. You can find three other comics by Finn in previous issues of Vagabond! Above is some of Finn's previous work for Vagabond, and a peek at some adorable character designs for their comic that will be featured in Assorted Flavors. Artist Spotlight #3: Cassandra Harner

Time for our next Artist Spotlight, featuring @charnerart!

Cassandra is an artist making comics and videos, telling stories that make people laugh. Her work includes comics and videos for bands in Indiana, Tennessee, and Ohio. She is currently living in Akron, Ohio working her day job as a screen printer. Her comic "Genius Next Door" was featured in the sixth issue of Vagabond, "Afloat".
