this is one of the asks leftover from when i was doing the 'assumptions ask meme' but i want to take this opportunity to confess that when i was in grade eleven or twelve (i can't remember now), i wrote an m-rated beowulf/grendel slash fic and printed it out at the school library, then turned it in—unnamed—to my poor english teacher. my friends at the time thought i was hot shit, literally couldnt tell you why? anyway i don't recommend this.

anon from that you were a jerk assumption: ive known you / followed you for a really long time my guy i've been here for a decade. i've seen so many internet fights, so many horror stories, about 300 alias changes. despite you being an absolute butthead when i first started following you, i alas thought (and still think) you're cool as fuck

I think my jerkiest years were probably... my entire last year of university right up to when I went on hiatus for like, 8 months lmao. at least that's when I felt like I was being the biggest dickhead; knowing my track record with these things, this is probably the time period where people thought I was most lovely. before that I was just plain cringe but like, this is Tumblr. cringe is a free square.
