✨️Fathers Day✨️
As I said, here's something for Fathers Day!
Last time I talked about the different mothers in the WoaS!Universe, today we talk about the fathers!
Aster was usually a good father. He was always there for his son when he needed him, always supported him and encouraged him to always stay true to himself.
But that kind of changed when Luminara left and didn't return. He started to hide himself more and more, avoiding everyone. Instead of trying to move on from the sadness, he kept hanging on to it. Aster does not believe that Luminara will return but Orion does.
Their relationship isn't bad, but it was better. Aster is still there for his son but he became more protective of him. Orion dosen't hate it, but he does not like that he has less freedom now and is not allowed to search for his mother.
Their relationship is a bit like Triton and Ariel, a protective father and his free-spirited teen child.
WoaS!Magnifico THINKS he's the best father ever. But if you were to look at his methods as a parent, you will think otherwise.
He loves his son just as much as his reflection, which is what he wants Nico Magnifico Junior to be. That's why he named him like this.
WoaS!Amaya agreed to letting him name their kid with no fighting whatsoever. (He asked her every day if they could name their son Magnifico Junior. Eventually she said yes just so that he'd stop.)
Of course sometimes his kids don't agree with him, which he accepts with respect. (He hits them and tells them to stop crying since "Crying is for peasants!")
Although it may not seem like it, he loves his children equally. (He doesn't. He thinks of Asha as an "mistake" because he wanted another son. She gets abused in all kinds of different ways if she does anything just slightly wrong. Thanks to his care, she starves herself to look skinny enough for him, puts her own needs behind his and smiles when she's told to. Her feeling of self-worth is also almost gone because she's always being told that as a girl she can do almost nothing right. WoaS!Magnifico is also very sexist, meaning Asha can't do anything that boys do, like sword fighting. The same goes for Nico but in reverse. Anything viewed as too girly is something he's not allowed to do.)
WoaS!Flazino's father is called Thomás. Flazino never got to meet his mother Sakina because she passed away a few months after his birth.
(I've re-used the names of Canon!Asha's parents for WoaS!Flazino's parents, bc why not lol?)
Because of his one arm, Flazino was always bullied by other kids, but his father was always there to protect him. Like any good father, Thomás cared alot about his son and only wants whats best for him.
Seeing as his son woulden't be happy in their current living-place, he decides that they should move to Rosas. But sadly everything goes wrong for the two there and they get separated because (I can't say it because: spoilers.)
Now WoaS!Flazino has to safe his dad and get him back, and now finds acceptance from the WoaS!7 teens. That's why he wants to join their group, to be just as cool as them.
