I couldn’t help myself. Getting a brand new long ass tail means tripping and stepping on it all the time, I don’t make the rules. At least he’ll join the fifth limb club with Rocky. If he still had his left arm, anyways. Is the tail prehensile? Can he make the angler light antenna move? What a creature. Can’t wait for Grace to do EVIL tests and EVIL experiments on him. Like uhh uhm saying nice things or hugging him. Something nefarious like that.

I redrew astravore simon’s design‼️ (the strap/bag as well as that sleeve shoelace tie is inspired by the dredge au simon outfit from the awesome @gender-premium-tm who lowk opened my eyes so credits to them for the design of the bag and sleeve wrap/bandage thing)

Basically i gave him a thick knit cowlneck sweater (it’s lowk just my own sweater in green.)

Some fluffy sweatpants (also just my own sweatpants but in black)

I gave him that bag strap thing bcs i feel like he’d want a lot of layers and things on him cause it makes him feel less anxious and more “in control” or ready for stuff (keeping things in those bags like a little sewing kit, medical stuff, small rations, or batteries and flashlights and stuff)

The tie on his sleeve just made more sense imo😭 he wouldn’t wanna cut the sleeve so instead he just tied the sleeve up w/ an old shoelace

#velcro shoes cause he has one hand

also i didn’t add it to his design (cause i forgot) but his knife sheath is gonna b attached to his belt/shoulder strap thing‼️

also he still has that under-harness on cause it’s highkey a part of his body👀 (as well as the headband)

I redesigned Astravore!simon’s tail and made his fins smaller cause when i looked at him fr i was like.. that’s not simon 😭 (t’was lowk looking more like some furry than the butcher of eden so)

i made it smaller like a little rat tail (since i feel like that’d make more sense biologically to have an extension of his tailbone instead of a crocodile tail since he wasn’t mutated in the blood long enough to fully get fishy or tree-y)

do you like that his tail fan is a maple leaf 🍁👀
