Death Warmed Over

Thanks to the person that refused to cover their mouths when they coughed or even wash their hands, I am now very sick. It has now been a week, and I am only getting worse.

I am an asthmatic, and this has taken me out. I have a fever and severe congestion which is accompanied by heavy wheezing. My breathing is really bad, and I just ran out of my nebulizer meds. My rescue inhaler has been getting overworked, and I am taking expectorants.

I called my doctor's office the other day and left a message. They never called back. I called again today. My doc refused to prescribe anything. My asthma is in his charts. He refused to help me even though I told him I have no way to get to the er. He insists that I need to be x rayed. He said he can't blindly prescribe anything, even though he knows I am an asthmatic. Unreal.

I found a clinic that's opened today. I called and they said they take my insurance. So I told Dave, and he went out of his way to tell me that he didn't want to take me.

So now I just have to sit here and struggle as I try to breathe. It freaking hurts. I'm not even sure I can walk to the car because my breathing is that bad.

I'm pissed. Dave is the idiot that got me sick, to begin with, but God forbid he helps. His dumb ass got me in this mess. Have you ever had a major coughing fit while running a 102-degree fever? It hurts like hell.

I have no money left after I paid the car insurance. My @helly-watermelonsmellinfellon is sick as a dog too. I can't get us the things we need. God forbid I get help. But when his dumb ass is sick, I have to deal with all his whining.

Are you man ? or Are you women? or Are you manickkam? or Robert? or michel? or jessie? WHOAREYOU? The answer for this question is abosolutely difficult to undestand for some people. The  people who realizes themselves (no knowning themselves) are enjoying their most gifted life. Because, they understand about their lives. They have an supernatural power to solve their problems by  using their own thoughts. Yes, Thoughts are the the one who rules you. If you understand about the way of wandering your thoughts, you can lead that as per your wish like a kite. So, you have to know the way of understanding that. First, You have to belive that you are the best one, having extra-ordinary talents, a god chosen child. You have to love yourself. If you love yourself, you will start to believe above all. Don’t make sense that your are an ego. Give respect to all and love all (not physical love). You are the best creation. Humans are the best creation with lot of wide knowledge but some knowledgeable person are failed in theory of understanding themselves. Meditation is enough to find and understand yourself. Some yoga practices are also needed for an healthy life. Health, makes you work hard. Regular practices will makes you much worth in both mentally and physically. In meditation, there are a lot to practice. The Initial step is to practice the “pranayama” (Inhale air and exhale air). Don’t concentrate on other things, just do it heartfully. Keep concentrate on your breathe. The rest will be cover in the next blog. The answer for who are you is “athma or spirit“
