i think it fucked up when i sent the last ask but ANYWAY. re: car industry. i think they keep money away from improving public transportation or developing train systems (similar to the ones they have in europe) because of all the fucking money that is made off of everyone buying gas for their cars. FUCKED UP!!!!!! i hate capitalism
ur 100% right!!! this is a literal historical fact, i learned about it a few times over the years but had it confirmed in an urban politics class i took. its mindboggling to me that corporations just actively worsen peoples lives and we’re just supposed to accept it lmao
