#Repost @drnelsonleon Diente extraído a causa de una avulsión dental la cual no tuvo el correcto manejo por parte del paciente. Consideraciones durante una avulsión dental : •Encontrar el diente y tomarlo por la corona ( evitar tocar la raíz) •Si está sucio lavarlo brevemente ( 10 segundos ) con : solución salina, leche o agua de coco y reimplántelo. •Tratar de que el paciente o familiar coloque el diente en posición y mantenga estable mordiendo un pañuelo •De no ser posible la re-implantación se debe mantener el diente en un medio de transporte correcto : vaso con leche, solución salina o idealmente agua de coco •Puede ser transportado en la boca del paciente a nivel de carrillos ( entre la mejilla y molares ) •Evitar transportar el diente en agua •Se debe buscar un centro odontologico o un especialista para ser atendido inmediatamente, mientras menor tiempo de espera mejor será el pronóstico del diente. /////////////////////// External resorption after dental avulsion mishandled by the patient. Considerations during dental avulsion: •Find the tooth and pick it up by the crown. Avoid touching the root. • If the tooth is dirty, wash it briefly (10 seconds) under saline solution , milk or coconut water and reposition it. Try to encourage the patient/parent to replant the tooth.
