Yippeeee, i can finally show you my first ever homemade cosplay that i totally didn't crunch in a few days before Dokomi!! Atuarto from Witch hat atelier! 🧡

If you saw me at Dokomi and said nice things to me and/or asked for a picture, THANK YOU SO MUCH, you have no idea how happy you made me!! 🥹 I got so many pic requests, I still can't believe how kind and excited about my cosplay everyone was! 🥹 I'm sorry if I was maybe too shy at times, my brain literally doesn't know how to deal with the attention but trust me you made all the hard work and suffering in the heat worth it, thank you again from the bottom of my heart!! ;u;

The owl-like brushbuddy was entirely made by me, pattern included!! isn't she the cutest.... her name is Tawny :3c I didn't mean to make her look like an owl, it was totally on accident 😂 but I'm not complaining and now I do plan on making an owlcat plushie, which would be more accurate, I'd totally forgotten about the owlcat in that one gorgeous illustration of Atuarto and Galga!!

I bought the jedi robes pattern by @julie.chantal and then made the length shorter, the sleeves longer, added the orange parts, and modified the hood pattern to be pointier and be attached to the coat lower.

For the hat I bought the base pattern by @elegantfeatherduster and made the necessary changes/additions to fit Atuarto's hat. (I want to rework the orange part, I was running out of time so once it looked good enough I didn't try harder to figure out how to make it look like it's supposed to.)

I also got a ton of advice and support from my server friends, I had never sewn clothes before so I legit couldn't have done it without them!! 🥺

The shirt and boots were bought secondhand on Vinted.

The pants were part of the old version of the cosplay that I wore in 2023, which I commissioned hanae_costume.

I plan to remake the shirt and pants in the future, but it's not urgent so....One Day!!
