Auden stretched her arm out, her index finger pointing directly at him as a huge grin took over her face. Alex was standing at the window, one of her Chanel heels in his hand. "Don't you fucking dare, Pierce. I swear, if you throw that shoe out the window, I will cut your throat." Why was it that even though he was taunting her excessively, she couldn't stop smiling. "Just because I may have stole a few of your plaid shirts does not give you any reason to threaten Chanel, okay?" He came towards her, dropping the shoe and tackling her back onto the bed. All you could hear for days on the streets was their laughter echoing out of the window.

She couldn't believe the night she had just had with someone she barely knew but wanted to know. Most of the time, after Auden's first with a new client, she felt trashy. She'd felt taken advantage of even though she put herself in this situation every day. But this time, she felt differently. And most of all, she didn't feel so disgusting. As Auden started towel drying her hair, she heard the door click open, Alex talking, clearly on the phone. "Uh, Alex." she said, continuing to dry her hair as he absentmindedly walked in the bathroom. He'd clearly forgotten as his eyes went wide, forgetting that he'd just explored every part of her. She laughed even with him on the phone. "Nice." she mouthed, smirking, trying to keep it to a dull roar.

After a small fight that had taken place between Auden and Alex, she could barely stand to be around him. He was being arrogant and it was the last thing she knew him to be. Even with his company and his evident success, he had never come off that way to her, something she'd revelled in. It was rare for her to come across that, so when she'd saw a small sign of it, obviously conflict arose. But why? Why was she so quick to fight him at the tiniest hint of it when she'd dealt with someone who wasn't anything but? He'd gotten her another room for the night but Auden felt childish and well, she missed him already. She remembered that she still had a key in her pocket from their main room and walked quietly through the hotel hallways to re-enter. As Auden slipped the keycard inside and watched for the green light, she opened the door and lifted her eyes to see a completely naked backside of Alex facing her. "I'm guessing this is a bad time..." Auden spoke quietly, somewhat stunned by the surprise she had been in for. 

"Does that require pants?"

Auden pushed his body into the closet she'd opened up, not knowing in the least what they would find inside of it. She'd prefaced a little story she had for him which began to tell in vague detail the plans she had for them the night after the party they were currently guests of. There was rich people everywhere, the money seemingly falling out of their mouths and sparkling off of their clothes. The only reason any of this seemed plausible as a good time was because of Alex. "No, none of tonights festivities require that sort of thing." Auden grinned as her hands gripped the top of his pants, stepping up on her toes to connect their lips as she started unbuttoning. 

"I have no regrets."

"You have no regrets? That's easy for you to say." Auden shook her head in disbelief. "You cost me my job, my dignity, what my brother thinks of me. And you expect me to not have any regrets?" Alex kept looking at her like he wanted her to be gracious to him. Like he wanted her to forgive him and if she was honest, that was all she wanted to do. She wanted to have his arms around her once again and convince her that life around them didn't exist. That it could just be the two of them and no one else. "It's not that easy for me, Alex. It's never been easy for me."

"What's in it for me?"

Auden shifted her body, sitting up on her elbows as her eyes trailed over him. She didn't know how she should answer. Should she tell him the truth or keep the most sincere answer she thought of locked inside? He was hovering over top of her and she couldn't help but admire his shirtless torso. She used her hands to push herself up off the bed, moving slowly towards him. Auden's hands trailed up his bare arms, her fingertips gliding across his smooth skin as they found their way to his cheeks. She would've been lying if she said she didn't want this intimacy in more ways then she could count. "You really need me to put that into words for you?" She smirked as her lips attached to his once again. 

"What's in it for you?"

Auden felt angry. She didn't know why she was still sticking around. It was something she herself was trying to figure out. So now that Alex was here, questioning her about the same thing she was, it angered her. "You think I want to still be here? You think it doesn't kill that you couldn't care less about me but I want to be around you anyways?" They'd been fighting about a lie she'd told him. A lie she'd told him that had been necessary to protect herself. How could he blame her for that? "What's in it for me is absolutely nothing, and yet here I am."
