9 years ago, on this day (August 6), Johnny attended and was the special guest on Aerosmith’s 21th show of the “Global Warming Tour”, at the Hollywood Bowl, in Los Angeles, California.

On that day, during the encore and after finished performing “Dream On”, Steven Tyler says that he was  going to need some help and shouting (as always) asked:

“Johnny Depp you in the house? Get over here!”

And there he was dressed in black and a black hat and after greeting the audience, the band members and having a hug from his fellow Vampire Joe Perry, he played rhythm guitar, sang the chorus with Joe and Steven and rocked a guitar solo during the last song  “Train Kept A-Rollin'”

4 months later, on December 3, Johnny played for a second time on this tour, now at the Staples Center, in Los Angeles.
