My birthday beer yesterday at my favorite restaurant Les Brigittines, offered by chef/owner Dirk Myny. Thank you Dirk! I enjoyed this Lambic D'Aunis a lot. It's a grape lambic made with Pineau D'Aunis grapes and has an elegant softness with mild peppery notes. A gem. Dinner was Veal brain à la façon de grand-mère and 'good old fat cow' as main, an intense tasting piece of fatty milk cow.
