Ok peeps. Time for some RAGE education. RAGE is a music video show that has been running in Australia since 1987. Yes folks, I have just found out that it is STILL airing. I don't know what the show is like now but back when I used to watch it in the 90s/00s it was mostly a music video countdown of the latest hit songs (kind of like MTV). The music video would start and the song details would be featured in the bottom left corner (exactly like in the Ca$h music video parody - they even used the same font).
Thing is, they had these terribly iconic opening and closing themes that they like, never changed or updated.
That is the purpose of this post. I wanted to share those opening/closing credits because I feel like Heartbreak High really captured the aesthetics of them with their "RAGE music video" of Ca$h rocking out to Smalltown Boy. Enjoy!
