@erinkellyart on Morning Routines 🐱 ・・・ I’ve been so spoiled to be able to be home with my little family the past couple weeks. Although I love my job, traveling and teacher around the world, nothing revitalizes me more than being here. - - My morning routines are usually the same, I get up, light my candle and incense, say a few words, and then make coffee. While it’s brewing I either do my morning pages or find some movement, depending on what my body wants. After I take sometime to breath, gaze and set my day. Then I go off the class.- - I don’t usually eat breakfast, mainly because I don’t want it but also I don’t tend to like to eat before class. I’ll eat when I’m done my morning workout. Usually a protein smoothie and fruit. I snack on Boca burgers, cucumbers, carrots, chips and hummus in the afternoon and dinner can be a lot if things but always lots of vegetables. I love broccoli, stir fry’s, soups, and burritos. I always have some sort of desert after. - - Once I’m home from class, I start my work. Which now a days, is editing @casa_colibri and I’s next batch of online classes for @authentic_movements but usually it’s writing flows and content for, Retreats, teacher trainings, and workshops, answering emails, FaceTime meetings with my business partner (@casa_colibri ) writing my up and coming ebook Graceful Strength- Complete Core Activation... and whatever else is needed to be done for our lil baby. - - I’m usually in bed reading or watching a program by 9:30 and I’m up at 6:30.
