Hashimoto’s flare ups are no fun! I’ve eaten (and drank) too many (delicious) things I’m not supposed to for about a week so now I’m back to being good to myself and choosing health over comfort food. We had a doc appointment for my son yesterday and we met my daughter Brittany and son in law PJ and we walked up and down and visited a bit before the long trip back. It was a pretty day.
