Someone pointed out that Sylus’ delicious abs flower here in the new banner looks like pink camellias, so I looked up the meaning and it means longing, persistent desire, missing someone. In China, it represents eternal love. ♥️

If Caleb’s lotus flower foreshadowing was anything to go by, I wonder what this means for future Sylus lore or myths 🤔

And then, while trying to confirm if it’s really camellia, I came across this:

When usually flowers fall petal by petal, the camellia (specifically the Camellia Japonica) falls off as a whole. The male and female parts of the flower stay together as they return to the earth. It reminds me of Archfiend Sovereign Sylus choosing to fall into death together in an embrace 🥹
