Justifying Dark (+Chosen) because why not

I may or may not be biased about this, but I'll try not to be.

We know of the duo's attacks, and saw how it truly was like during that scene in the new episode. Now the reason for those attacks, stem from lashing out and hatred.

Chosen, after escaping with Dark, saw the life that was free of creators, and saw other creations like him not having to suffer. And he was jealous. It wasn't fair, why was it me who suffered? No one else? He was mad at the world for giving this to him, and so he lashed out. He lashed out in anger and pain, venting his pain in the only way he knew how: violence. That's it. He didn't know any better than that since it was the world he born in, already being greeted by such force in the form of a cursor controlled by a child who was oblivious to his actions. His powers aren't restricted anymore, he can do anything.

And so the attacks began.

Dark, being recently made, followed Chosen. The only person he knew and helped him. So when Chosen started, Dark followed. He didn't know any better. He didn't know any good or bad. He just followed.

And that following costed lives.

Many lives.

Lives that didn't deserve to go to void just because of pain.

Chosen after a while, found other methods to vent aside from fire and blood. And with that, saw the implications and effects of their actions. That's why he stopped. He saw that violence wouldn't get anywhere, and just hurt people. People who he was jealous of, but came to understand and change. He felt remorseful, and this time tried to protect to attone for his sins. We see this when he saved that random stick from falling debris.

Dark however, never changed. But when Chosen stopped, again, he followed gim. In his mind, Dark thought that their attacks weren't fun anymore, so he tried spicing it up. He still doesn't have the concept of what they're doing is bad yet. He thinks that their actions were justified, but it isn't. Chosen's was, maybe, but Dark had no true reason to do that. Unless of course we play into that "name defines who you are" or something like that.
