As much as I love the concept of Peter having a ton of vigilante friends and avoiding superheroes I think an equally funny concept would be Peter befriending all the super genius billionaires.

Like yes absolutely vigilante teenage Peter Parker and his dubious criminal connections but also he just happens to really like science and be in superhero circles accordingly

Tony invites Peter to a gala or event as to keep up the internship appearances but is dumbfounded by how many people Peter just casually already knows. He keeps looking back to check on the kid and finds him across the room chatting up a new member of high society.

Peter mentions stopping by the Baxter building to pick up something he forgot there last time to Richard Reeds. He’s talking as if he’s been there a million times. Starts bickering with Johnny storm and keeps cackling while saying “but here’s the thing?”

Peter and Danny Rand are being weirdly smug and suspicious about whatever them and their friends were up to last week. Something something Ninjas and devils.

Peter waves at Bruce banner happily mentioning they’ve meet before and that Bruce was a special guest at the last midtown science fair. Bruce just assumes Peter’s actually Tony’s intern and is confused as to why he wouldn’t know the kid who’s always in the labs. Peter isn’t actually an intern why is he in the labs.

Peter is animatedly striking up conversation with Hank Pym as if he’s the guys long lost grandson. Forgot that the dudes a recluse and never shows up to these events no Peter insists the guys really funny once you get to know him. They do joint experiments with spiders and ants.

Tonys just trying to compute the idea of Peter knowing this many rich people. He’s watched the kid dumpster dive. The guy shoes are in taters and he’s constantly covered in a thin layer of grim and disheveled. He eats food like it’s his last meal with no decorum whatsoever. He’s a highschooler who unironically wore a hoodie and sweatpants to fight crime. Oh my god why is the heir to Oscorp talking to him and showing him funny cat videos on his phone.

I did end up adding Pym after all! I didn't want to have a lot focused on other superheroes in the Evolution world, but I did find a way that Pym could fit in this AU! In this I have that he had discovered out how to shrink things but hadn't yet figured out how to grow things or apply the size shifting to organic life. Finding out about Pietro as someone who could size shift naturally would be like discovering the motherlode. This is his special interest, he wrote his thesis on this, he'd be ecstatic! I think normally he's actually a bit stoic and no-nonsense, but this is kind of His Thing.

I think he abd McCoy would have met at Harvard both studying biochemistry and they were buddies to the point where McCoy eventually confided in him about mutants (and funny enough they both are named Hank). Pym told him if he ever came across one that could manipulate size to tell him and Hank would jokingly agree. He didn't think the day would come but here he is emailing him about it and Pym was like "on my way".

I think it'd be a bit before he's able to come up with something, but he'd actually develop something for Pietro to help control the kirbons (comic thing) that his body is manipulating to size shift so he doesn't have as bad episodes with growing and he'd take it like an epipen in emergencies, but might also develop something else that helps prevent it from being too unstable that he might have to take like a medication.
