Beer Camp Day 3: for my Seles ruins I have basically been playing Russian roulette. I simply reach in the fridge and grab a bottle without looking. I hope that is obvious to some because why else would I be drinking a 9.4% ABV Barleywine at 11:30pm? Anyways, this collaboration between @sierranevada & @averybrewingco is very much worth your time. The fact that is is aggressively dry-hopped gives this barelywine an edge by cutting off the usual sweetness that can be in traditional version of the style.
