We stopped after work at someplace I have wanted to try for a while; El Rancho Brewing Co. It was really delicious. The bison burgers were perfectly cooked, crispy fried brussles sprouts delicious, green chili creamed corn worthy of attempting to duplicate 😄, and the chipotle ketchup very fun. To drink was Skellig Michael - an Irish Red, The Pale Rider - a Pale Ale, and Cerveza Del Rancho - a Mexican Lager. All solid brews designed to pair with a meal and sip while enjoying a terrific view. I think this one is a winner, and considering it was busy on a Tuesday night others do to.

Ici j’suis allé avec le flatbread dessert (holly dolly) du @yisstpubpetitepatrie . Tartiné de lait condensé sucré, lui-même saupoudré de chapelure Graham; recouvert de brisures de chocolat noir, pacanes, noix de coco et encore du lait condensé... le tout passé sous le grill! . J’ai accordé avec un stout impérial de @fatorangecatbrewco et @decadentales pour @twelve.percent.beer.project « Baker’s dozen » qui lui contient: Canelle, chocolat, piments chili et une touche de vanille… hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! (À la Homer Simpson) . . . My favorite way to drink an imperial stout is with a « chocolaty » dessert. Here I went with the dessert flatbread (holly dolly) @yisstpubpetitepatrie . Spread of sweet condensed milk, sprinkled with graham crumbs; covered with dark chocolate, pecans, coconut and another round of condensed milk ... and grilled! . I paired it with an imperial stout from @fatorangecatbrewco and @decadentales for the @twelve.percent.beer.project . "Baker's dozen" contains: Cinnamon, chocolate, chili peppers and a touch of vanilla ... hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! Goede voornemens dus, vroeg @lidlbelgium: ✔ lekker eten ✔ evenwichtiger beeld brengen van mijn dagelijkse voedsel gewoontes (vb. Vegetarisch) ✔ beer pairing meer uitwerken Enkel het deel pver verwerken van ongebruikelijkere stukken vlees komt in deze Mexicaanse bonenburger niet aan bod. Samen met de chili chutney en aanpassingen naar structuur van @aghyselen is dit een erg lekkere burger geworden!
