While SR117 is a stealth bomber, which means it's quieter than *some* jets(it can't break the sound barier), it's still travels at a maximum speed of ~1000km/h (or like 650 miles per hour(might be completly wrong)) and from what I've heard on reddit it's still hearable at a high altitude. Which means standing NEXT to one rushing by must have hurt like a bitch(if you haven't already figured it out from the blood (no need to thank me)).

hello aviation nerds and freaks i am aware that there are very few of us, and even fewer on tumblr. however i feel the deep-seated need to write a fanfiction (can you even call it a fanfiction?) about two engineers who work on seperate, rivaling parts of both the now f-22 and yf-23. is this anything. is this too niche? nothing is too gay for tumblr, but is this too gay for essentially an aerodynamic weapon competition? let me know

it’s been freaking forever since I had a flight. I’m still just starting out and weather has been against me since I can’t fly every week on my budget. I just hope my CFI doesn’t give me a heart attack tomorrow lol.

I've flown on a 747-8, which is the much more recent variant of the 747 series, but the 400 is much older and a very rare aircraft to see floating around these days, especially as a passenger jet as they're quickly being phased out and replaced with the A350 and the 787.
