I crow-barred myself apart from Facebook since the beginning of January.
I did this primarily because it was a distraction in trying to get another goal accomplished which I have set for myself before my 50th birthday. That goal, which is in progress, should be completed by that time with a bit of luck and hard work. More to follow on that.

SMOC tfw you gotta post and the tumblr icon disappeared. Heres my night. Hobbled to the liquor store for a bottle of wine to drink straight off the bottle with my bros and flutternutters while we watched the doors movie. That put me in booze mode so I hobbled to the bar and now im sitting with a pitcher of yuengling and thinking what a sausagefest. In a bad way. But during my walk here.. listening to les claypool.. I started to get lightly snowed on. And I was happy about it. I laughed at myself the rest of the wayhere and just did my best to love life for its imperfections.
School dance season is when I really realize how many high schoolers I am friends with.
Tumblr has proven to be the perfect anti-super bowl shelter.
It is now July 14th and I shall be avoiding Facebook and the mass of “happy birthday!!!” posts on my wall from people I don’t like and don’t like me either….. Fun times
